"For a sponsoring organization to truly maximize its return on investment, I strongly encourage having a staff member serve as a volunteer for HPO. Learning and networking with colleagues, many of whom I may not have worked with otherwise, through my service as a HPO volunteer has made me more effective in my position as Director of Risk Reduction for Sigma Nu Fraternity."
