Chad Ellsworth, President
Coordinator of Fraternity/Sorority Life at the University of Minnesota, hazing researcher, two-year HPO volunteer overseeing NHPW Resource Guide, 2007 Anti-Hazing Hero recipient and a member of Theta Chi fraternity.

 

Kim Novak, Consultant with expertise in campus safety, student risk management, and student organization development. She is a noted speaker at national conferences and on college campuses on these topics. She has also been deeply involved in the creation and ongoing operation of the Novak Institute for Hazing Prevention which was named in her honor in 2010.

Marilyn Fordham, Treasurer
Past International President and VP of Finance of Delta Gamma Fraternity, past member of the NPC leadership team, and past member of the Interagency Task Force, as well as advisory boards for several organizations serving higher education and Greek Life.

 

Hank Nuwer, Associate Professor of Journalism at Franklin College, author of several books on hazing as a journalist. Maintains a website about hazing news and issues as well as the HPO blog on the subject.

Joe Gilman, Secretary
Executive Director for AT&T, long-time volunteer for Sigma Nu Fraternity in a variety of positions, including as immediate past International President and currently as a Foundation director. Joe brings more than 30 years of business and fraternity volunteer experience.

 

David Stollman, Director Emeritus
Owner/Partner of CAMPUSPEAK, Inc., noted speaker on Greek-life topics, NYU Alpha Sigma Tau sorority chapter advisor, former AFA Foundation Board member, and former District Officer for Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity. David refers to the dangers of hazing in his program Buy In or Get Outabout living fraternal values.

Elliot Hopkins, Director of Educational Services for the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS). Elliot has extensive background in leadership of high school athletics and is a regular speaker in student forums across the nation about hazing prevention and sportsmanship.

 

Allison Swick-Duttine, Director of Fraternity/Sorority Life & Organization Development at the State University of New York College at Plattsburgh, National Vice President for Sigma Sigma Sigma Sorority, and presenter on hazing topics including dealing with a death on campus and with underground organizations.


Matt Jarrard, Campaign Consultant for the Laurus Group, past Asst. Director of Development for Kappa Delta Rho Fraternity, and past District Executive for the Boy Scouts of America in Indianapolis, Indiana, and Savannah, Georgia.

 

David Westol, former Executive Director of Theta Chi Fraternity, attorney, founder of Limberlost Consulting, long-time hazing speaker, and instrumental in the formation of FIPG, the Fraternity Insurance Purchasing Group (which now serves an educational role).

Gina Lee-Olukoya, PhD in Higher Education Administration currently serves as the Associate Dean of Students at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and serves on the foundation of Hope Street Youth Development. She is author of Sisterhood: hazing and other membership experiences of women belonging to historically African American sororities.

 

Mary Wilfert, Associate Director of Health and Safety for the NCAA, former Heath Services coordinator at Western Kentucky and Northern Kentucky Univesities with an extensive background in health services and safety education.

Malinda Matney, PhD, Senior Research Associate for Division of Student Affairs at the University of Michigan, and lecturer in Higher and Postsecondary Education. She also serves as the Past President of Kappa Kappa Psi Honorary Band Fraternity.

 

Anna Zinko, Student Board Member
Graduate Asst. in the Office of Student Life at SUNY-Maritime pursuing an MA in Higher Education and Student Personnel at NYU. Recipient of numerous awards for student excellence and a member of Alpha Epsilon Phi sorority.

Tracy Maxwell worked in and around higher education throughout her career. Prior to founding HazingPrevention.Org, she was the executive director of CAMPUSPEAK, the nation’s premier agency for educational speakers and programs of interest to college students. Maxwell holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Western Kentucky University and a master’s in organizational communication from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater. She served in a consulting role as Greek solutions coordinator for the National Interfraternity and Panhellenic Conferences, then as coordinator of Greek Life and community service at the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater before joining CAMPUSPEAK.
